Material-aware guidance Care for this piece

Based on the materials stated in this piece’s product information. Vintage finishes vary, so test any product on an inconspicuous area first.

Leather

Dust with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. For marks, use a barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Use only a leather product suitable for the known finish, after a hidden-area test; avoid soaking, household sprays and repeated conditioning.

Textile upholstery

Vacuum gently with a clean upholstery attachment on low suction. Blot fresh spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth—do not rub or soak. For older, unknown or stubborn stains, use a professional upholstery cleaner.

Acrylic and plastic

Use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap, then dry gently. Avoid alcohol, acetone, strong solvents, abrasive cleaners and rough paper, which can haze or scratch vintage plastics.
