Neliö Chairs for Huonekaluliike Mikko Nupponen by Evaliisa Vasko, 1960s

These Neliö armchairs were designed by Evaliisa Vasko for Huonekaluliike Mikko Nupponen in the 1960s. The design is defined by its clear square frame and balanced proportions, giving the chairs a calm and architectural look typical of Finnish design from the period.

The chairs feature solid wooden frames with rattan side panels and mustard- toned upholstery. The combination of warm wood, woven rattan, and soft fabric creates a relaxed and inviting feel. The wide seat and low armrests make them comfortable lounge chairs for a living room or reading corner.
